4850 Bellevue is a 70,000-square-foot warehouse on Detroit’s east side. We’ve owned it since 2019. We create here, work here, and are bringing it back one bay at a time.
The store carries two kinds of things. New fixtures we buy directly from the factories that make them — no distributor, no markup stack — in the same line we spec for the kitchens and bathrooms we renovate. And what a working building gathers: salvage with history, art, and home goods collected along the way.
Nothing here is filler. If it’s listed, we’d put it in a house we built.
