A store inside a building inside a comeback.

4850 Bellevue is a 70,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on Detroit’s east side. We’ve owned it since 2019. We live here, work here, and are bringing it back one bay at a time — and this store is part of how.

What we sell comes from how we build. We’re a licensed Michigan residential builder; second generation, seventeen years in the trades. The faucets, shower sets, LED mirrors, and smart locks in this store are the same fixtures we put into the kitchens and bathrooms we renovate across Detroit. We source them directly from the factories that make them —no distributor markup, no three middlemen between the production line and your vanity.

That’s why a solid 304 stainless steel faucet here costs what a plated one costs at the big box.

Alongside the new fixture line, you’ll find what a working building accumulates: salvaged fixtures pulled from real renovation projects, art, and home goods collected along the way.

Salvage is sold as-is and described honestly — the marks are the history.

Why pickup matters here. Most of our mirror and large-item orders are picked up at the building. That’s deliberate. 4850 Bellevue is becoming a showroom — a place where you can put your hand on a fixture before it goes in your wall, and see what we’re building while you’re at it. When you pick up an order, you’re standing in the project.
