A complete shower set in solid 304 stainless steel, brushed nickel: 8-inch rainfall head, handheld shower with SS304 hose, tub spout, and a pressure-balanced mixing valve.

The pressure-balanced valve is the part that matters — it holds water temperature steady when someone flushes a toilet or starts the dishwasher. That's a code requirement in most jurisdictions and a comfort feature everywhere.
